Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. We aren't perfect, but We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping
We offer $12 flat rate shipping to Canada
Local pick-up is also available, please email us to arrange a FREE pick up.
We currently only ship within Canada.

Due to hygienic reasons and the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Since all products are all made by hand, each creation will be unique and may vary slightly from batch to batch.
